Thank you for your hop-tastic support!
Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne was a glorious celebration of everything we love about our region. Its beautiful parks, bustling streets and public spaces came alive with colour and conversation, as our collection of individually designed and painted Peter Rabbit sculptures brought joy (and a little bit of mischief) throughout the summer of 2026.
For nine weeks, 96 colourful sculptures inspired by Peter Rabbit captured hearts across Newcastle and North Tyneside
Following the public trail, the large Peter Rabbits will be auctioned off to raise vital funds and awareness of St Oswald’s Hospice, allowing the charity to continue their vital work with North East families with life-limiting conditions.

Now that the excitement of the auction has settled a little and our rabbits` important job is done, it`s time for them to hop off to their forever homes. 🐰🥹💙
Our friends at Quicksilver Moving & Storage are looking after the fluffle at their depot until each rabbit is safely delivered to meet its new family.
While we`ll miss our beautiful bunnies, we`re thrilled that they are beginning the next chapter of their journey and wish them every happiness in their new homes. 🏠

What a record-breaking night! 🎉🙌
At yesterday’s Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne Grand Finale Auction, a massive £300,000 was raised in support of @stoswaldsuk – what a result! All 40 of our fluffle have now found special forever homes and will be making their way to meet their new families very soon. 💙
This was the highest total ever raised in all of our four art trails. We also saw a record-breaking sale price of £52,500 for the beautiful `Love Letter to the British Countryside` by @jina_gelder_illustration. The room erupted with celebration as the hammer went down on this lot! 🐰
Don’t worry if you couldn’t make it, we’ve rounded up a very special evening for you, along with some photos of the night. Check out the link in our bio 👆
Thanks to everyone who helped finish our trail on such an incredible high. What an end to the most wonderful summer of @officialpeterrabbit sculpture spotting across our Newcastle and North Tyneside. We will update you with an overall total that you have helped to raise throughout the trail very soon – watch this space! 👀
