Our design was inspired by the blend of Gateshead’s nature and wildlife with iconic structures and urban features

The theme is centred around our school children’s love of Gateshead and nature with subtle references to iconic local structures like the Tyne Bridge, Baltic and Trinity Square whilst celebrating Gateshead’s thriving green spaces like Saltwell Park. Some children discussed Peter being a “protector” watching over the wildlife, landscapes and communities in Gateshead.
