Our design was inspired by the ethos, values and diverse needs of the school.
In school, the children thought about what makes us unique. Children thought about how we are all diverse and unique but that we share lots of things in common and that are similarities and differences should be celebrated. Children designed their own rabbit with these things in mind.
Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne Grand Finale Auction
The finale event of Tales on the Tyne will see the sculptures under the spotlight one last time, finding their forever homes at auction.
Almost all of the large sculptures will go under the hammer in a bidding spectacular, with funds raised supporting the work of St Oswald’s Hospice. There will also be a live online auction running in sync with the ‘in the room’ bids, which is guaranteed to build the excitement and healthy competition to snap up one of these unique pieces of art.
