Our design was inspired by the importance of enjoying nature.
We chose to decorate Peter Rabbit with an outdoor design because the outdoors reflects the things we love most. Our theme celebrates the joy of being outside, from playing football to admiring colourful flowers and watching butterflies drift by. These favourite activities inspired us to bring a lively, nature-filled look to Peter Rabbit. It’s our way of sharing the happiness we find outdoors.

Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne Grand Finale Auction
The finale event of Tales on the Tyne will see the sculptures under the spotlight one last time, finding their forever homes at auction.
Almost all of the large sculptures will go under the hammer in a bidding spectacular, with funds raised supporting the work of St Oswald’s Hospice. There will also be a live online auction running in sync with the ‘in the room’ bids, which is guaranteed to build the excitement and healthy competition to snap up one of these unique pieces of art.
