Our design was inspired by the core character values of our school.
The children wanted their design to reflect the school being a school of character. They discussed which core values to include how these could be represented. They came up with simple designs and decided to link the whole design together through the theme of hearts to show the importance of kindness in school. It was also important to include every child in school in some way to show that they were one team where everyone is valued.
Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne Grand Finale Auction
The finale event of Tales on the Tyne will see the sculptures under the spotlight one last time, finding their forever homes at auction.
Almost all of the large sculptures will go under the hammer in a bidding spectacular, with funds raised supporting the work of St Oswald’s Hospice. There will also be a live online auction running in sync with the ‘in the room’ bids, which is guaranteed to build the excitement and healthy competition to snap up one of these unique pieces of art.
